What happens to the details you give us when you register your interest, in plain English.
Who we are
Sunderland Business Address Ltd, company number 17477435, registered in England and Wales. Our address is 94–96 Fulwell Road, Roker, Sunderland SR6 9QR. We are responsible for the details you give us.
What we collect
When you fill in the register your interest form, we collect:
- your name
- your email address
- your business name, if you give it
- the plan you are interested in
Why we collect it
To tell you when we open. We don't use your details for anything else, and we don't sell them or share them for marketing.
Our lawful basis
Consent. You give it when you tick the box on the form, and you can withdraw it at any time.
How long we keep it
Until we open or for 12 months, whichever is sooner. Then we delete it.
Where it is stored
Your details are stored with Supabase, in their London data centre. The website is hosted on Vercel. Both only handle your details on our behalf.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- see the details we hold about you
- ask us to correct them
- ask us to delete them
- withdraw your consent
If you're unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
How to contact us
To use any of your rights, or to withdraw your consent, get in touch with us. Reply to any email we send you and tell us what you would like us to do. We'll act on it within one month.
