Our three promises

What you get, every month

  1. A lawful address

Use it on your website, your invoices, and, on Admin and Exec, as your registered office on Companies House. Your home address stays private.

  2. Your post, the same working day

We scan your letters the day they arrive. You get a text and an email, and the scan is waiting in your account.

  3. We know who you are

We check every customer's ID before their address goes live. It keeps the address clean for everyone who uses it.

We'll be registered with HMRC for anti-money laundering supervision before we open.

Our patch

Sunderland has done business here for centuries.

Ships, coal, glass and trade have come through the Wear for hundreds of years. We're proud to add a small business address to that story.

Questions

Straight answers

Can't see your question here? There are more questions on our FAQ page.

Can I use it as my registered office?

Yes, on the Admin and Exec plans. You can also use it as your directors' service address, so your home address stays off Companies House.

The Simple plan gives you a business and trading address only.

Which plan should I choose?

If you only need an address for your website and invoices, choose Simple.

If you run a limited company, choose Admin. It covers your registered office and directors' service address.

If you want the original letters as well as the scans, choose Exec.

Do you take parcels?

No. We handle letters only, on every plan. Please don't give the address to couriers or use it for returns.

What happens to legal and HMRC post?

We scan it the same working day, like all your post. On Admin and Exec we also flag it as urgent and text you straight away, so you don't miss a deadline.

How fast will I know my post has arrived?

The same working day. Letters that arrive on a working day are scanned that day, and you get a text and an email when they are.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Give us 30 days' notice and we'll stop your plan at the end of it. There's no long contract.

Remember to change your address with Companies House and anyone else who writes to you.

Is my ID check secure?

Yes. We check every customer's ID before their address goes live. Your documents are kept in private storage in London, and only the staff who check them can see them.

The law says we must keep these records for five years after you leave. Then we delete them.
